This page explains, in plain English, how Main Street Court handles information you provide through this website.

Information you give us

You do not have to give us any personal information to browse this website. You share information only when you choose to contact us or start an application — for example, when you:

• submit a housing inquiry or tour request,
• start a rental application,
• email or call our leasing office.

Depending on what you fill in, that typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you choose to include about what you are looking for — such as your group size, move-in timing, or the layout you are interested in.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

• respond to your inquiry,
• communicate with you as a prospective resident,
• share information about our apartments, layouts, and availability,
• schedule and confirm tours,
• assist you through the leasing and application process.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The pages of this website do not set cookies of their own, and they contain no analytics, advertising, or visitor-tracking code. We do not build a profile of your visit.

Your browser does, however, make requests to the outside services described below when a page loads or when you click a link that leaves our site. Those requests are handled by those companies under their own policies.

Outside services this website uses

• Buildium. Buildium is the property-management platform we use, and its forms are hosted on Buildium's managebuilding.com domain. Our Contact Us links open a Buildium-hosted prospect inquiry form, and our Apply Now links open a Buildium-hosted rental application. Both open in a new tab on Buildium's website, and anything you enter there is submitted through Buildium rather than through this site.
• Matterport. Our 3D apartment tours are hosted by Matterport. Clicking a tour opens it in a new tab on Matterport's own website; the tours are not embedded in our pages.
• Google Fonts. This website loads its typeface from Google Fonts rather than from our own server. When a page loads, your browser requests the font stylesheet and font files directly from Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). As with any request a browser makes, that request tells Google your IP address and basic browser information, and Google handles it under its own privacy policy. That information goes to Google, not to us.

These services are operated by other companies. We do not control their systems, and this policy does not describe what they collect — their own privacy policies do.
